  • From the A-1 Limousine family of brands and companies, such as Triangle Tours and our other affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries that you have interacted with;

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 

(a) We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, signup form or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. 

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us as well as provide you with information about the business. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to complete a transportation service.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. 

(b) Cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. We use cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

  • Social Media Platforms and Networks. We encourage you to review your privacy options and settings with the social media platforms and networks you use to understand what choices you have about sharing information from those platforms and networks with us. 
  • Email Choices. You can opt-out of marketing or advertising emails by using the “unsubscribe” link or mechanism noted in marketing or advertising emails you receive from us or Triangle Tours. 
  • Direct Mail Choices. You may opt-out of receiving marketing or advertising by direct mail by contacting us through marketing@a1limo.com and sharing the name and mailing address that you would like to opt-out. Please note that these requests may take up to 8–10 weeks to become effective.
  • Telephone Choices (calls and texts). You may opt-out of receiving marketing or advertising calls or text messages by contacting us at marketing@a1limo.com. For text messages, you also may be able to text “STOP” in response to a text message that you receive.
  • Mobile Location Choices. You may choose not to provide your location to us in connection with your use of our mobile application by declining any prompt requesting location information, and by customizing your mobile device settings to prevent sharing of location information. We may also collect location data when you have our mobile application installed on your device and your device is near our store or store systems (such as systems that offer personalized content), even if you are not currently using the mobile application. You may prevent this by customizing your mobile device settings to prevent sharing of location information or by disabling Bluetooth on your device.

Security 

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

What Should Parents Know About Children?

A-1 Limousine does not knowingly collect any personal information from children younger than the age of thirteen (13) as required by U.S. law. We will delete any personal information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of thirteen (13). If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of thirteen (13) and believe he or she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us 800.367.0070 or via email at info@a1limo.com.

Exceptions: We may collect personal information about children under the age of 13 when the child is booked as the primary passenger for any transportation services. This information is securely stored and used only for the purposes of trip communications and billing. A parent, legal guardian, appropriate educator or government official must be the  primary contact person and set-up the account/trip for the minor.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

Surveys & Contests 

From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
